Hi I'm Penny, and I’ve lived the very tension this research is exposing. I’ve navigated the spaces where leadership is performative, ego-driven, and disconnected from real human impact and I chose to do things differently. I’ve built a career on questioning the status quo, not just for the sake of disruption, but to create room for something better.

As a behavioural scientist, speaker, and founder who has worked with thousands of women globally, I understand the deep disconnect between how leadership is defined and how it feels to those who are values-led, impact-driven, and ready to shape the future. I’ve spent years helping women turn intention into action - not by teaching them to mimic broken systems, but by showing them how to lead on their own terms.

This isn’t theoretical. It’s personal. It’s practical. And it’s long overdue.

I’m not here to fix women. I’m here to fix the system that never made room for them in the first place.
