I'm on a quest to teach 1 million impact-driven female leaders how to make their mark and leave the world a better place.
My goal is to blow up the echo chamber of same voices shaping our future by providing more opportunities for diverse female leaders, to own their voice as an expert and become role models for the next generation of impact makers!
I use behaviour change to empower female leaders to make their mark and live meaningful lives creating a ripple effect of positive impact.
I want to create an ecosystem of diverse impact-driven women who collectively elevate the influence of women in systems of power driving a more equal future.
I want to provide more opportunities for diverse women to confidently own their power as an expert and become role models so that other women (and the next generation) watch and say "if she can do that then so can I."
All of the evidence suggests that experts are made not born which means every single one of us has a responsibility to do our part to shift the significant inequality of societal influence and elevate more diverse female voices.
