A monthly 30 minute walking mentoring session with Penny to elevate your path to impact. Too many women deprioritise their health when impact making and it’s foundational to your success so you only get to have these sessions if you commit to moving your

We're not here to blow smoke up each others *****. We're here to make a difference, which is why we’ll create your elevated impact plan and hold you accountable through regular supported

Flexibility and Adaptions
The intent is to flex and adapt based on the unique needs of the cohort to give you what you need to build your impact in real time. If there is a specific challenge or opportunity the group would like to progress as a priority the program will be tweaked to make that happen.

Hi, I'm Penny
A behavioural scientist, leadership mentor, international speaker, published author, budding psychologist and trauma therapist, nature lover, yogi and proud single mum.
I’m also on a quest to empower 1 million impact-driven women to change the world without self-doubt. I want to help you redefine what it looks like to be an expert so that you feel seen, valued and empowered to shape a more inclusive and compassionate future.
My goal is to blow up the echo chamber of the same voices shaping our future and bring significant visibility to the issue of women's voices still not being heard in places of influence. Ideally, these conversations will create a catalyst to get more impact-driven female leaders opportunities on stages and in the media.
I want to create an ecosystem of diverse impact-driven women who collectively elevate the influence of women in systems of power driving a more equal future.
I want to provide more opportunities for diverse women to confidently own their power as an expert and become role models so that other women (and the next generation) watch and say if she can do that then so can I.
All of the evidence suggests that experts are made not born which means every single one of us has a responsibility to do our part to shift the significant inequality of societal influence and elevate more diverse female voices. As a woman wanting to make an impact you have the power to make a difference through your actions and move us closer to a more inclusive future. I’m here to help you with the how!

When do we start?
We kick off in February 2025.
What if I can’t attend as session?
All sessions will be recorded and available to you in the Member Portal to watch at anytime whilst your a member of the ecosystem.
How will I access all the tools and book a mentoring time with Penny?
The Member Portal is your one stop shop for all tools and resources during your time in the ecosystem.
What if I want to stay on after the 4 months?
We will check in with all members before the end of the 4 month commitment to confirm whether they wish to continue on. If you do you don’t need to do anything other than confirm. Your foundational member pricing stays as is as long as you journey with us.
Will there be any in person events?
The intent is absolutely, we love in person. We’d love to run a Women of Impact Retreat in early 2025 and equally some hybrid events to accommodate those who can and can’t attend in person. Watch this space.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time after the 4 month commitment. We just require 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
Please make an informed and intentional decision to commit to Impact Builders as we do not offer refunds.
