Hi, I'm Penny
A behavioural scientist, truth-teller, and the woman behind the Impact Makers movement.
I help ambitious women cut through the noise, own their expertise, and build careers that matter, grounded in evidence, empathy, and zero fluff. Whether I’m turning data into influence or building movements disguised as programs, everything I do is driven by a singular mission: to create a future that’s more inclusive, more courageous, and a hell of a lot more human.
As an International Speaker (TEDx included), published author, Harvard Business Review contributor, and an expert with over 20 years of experience in behavioral science, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders and organisations globally, helping them redefine leadership and build lasting impact. But my work isn’t just about theory—it’s about creating real-world change.
My goal is to blow up the echo chamber of the same voices shaping our future and bring much-needed visibility to the fact that women’s voices are still not being heard in places of power and influence. This is more than just a conversation, it’s a call to action to ensure that women are at the table, in the media, and driving change at the highest levels.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do we start?
You can join Impact Makers any time via the application process. We are a member based ecosystem and love welcoming new impact makers members.
What if I can’t attend as session?
All sessions will be recorded and available to you in the Member Portal to watch at anytime whilst your a member of the ecosystem.
Will there be homework?
Impact making is not a class it's a calling. Outside of the weekly sessions is where you build you skill in impact making through applied action and experimentation. This is not about giving you more to do it's about changing what you give your energy to so that you can make the difference you want to see in the world.
How will I access all the tools and book a mentoring time with Penny?
The Member Portal is your one stop shop for all tools and resources during your time in the ecosystem.
What if I want to stay on after the initial 6 month commitment?
We will check in with all members before the end of there 6 month commitment to confirm whether they wish to continue on. If you do, you don’t need to do anything other than confirm.
Will there be any in person events?
The intent is absolutely, we love in person. We’d love to run a Women of Impact Retreat in late 2025 and equally some hybrid events to accommodate those who can and can’t attend in person. Watch this space.
When does the program end?
Impact Makers is an evolving ecosystem designed to support you on your journey of making lasting impact. We don’t have an end date because growth isn’t linear, and your commitment to creating change is continuous.
We’ve designed Impact Makers to evolve with you, providing the ongoing training, mentorship, and community you need to continue amplifying your impact, no matter where you are in your journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time after the 6 month commitment. We just require 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
We ask that you take the time to review all of the information on this page to ensure that you make an informed decision to commit to Impact Makers as we do not offer refunds.
